This recipe from the Autumn section of The Greengrocer's Diet is such a crowd pleaser. Stick to the portion size of sweetcorn and avoid any that are promoted as super-sweet.
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tsp hot English mustard
20 grams parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups low-fat milk
150 grams hot smoked salmon, flaked
200 grams green prawns, peeled
200 grams broccolini
2 tbs plain flour
1 tbs lemon juice
1 medium sweetcorn, kernels removed

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
